We’re looking for a senior Technology Delivery Leader to drive complex, enterprise-scale programmes that power our core corporate functions. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-impact IT delivery across multiple squads, translating strategic objectives into tangible outcomes across finance, risk, HR, legal, and other critical business services. You’ll lead with an Agile-first mindset, balancing speed and adaptability with the governance, financial discipline, and control required in a regulated corporate environment, while ensuring delivery remains aligned to enterprise technology strategy and business value.
You’ll operate confidently at senior stakeholder level, shaping product thinking, guiding investment decisions, and steering delivery through complexity. From scaling Agile practices and mentoring delivery leaders, to managing enterprise-level risks, dependencies, and budgets, you’ll be the connective tissue between technology execution and corporate outcomes. If you thrive in large-scale environments, enjoy navigating ambiguity, and want to lead delivery that underpins the stability, efficiency, and transformation of core corporate platforms, this is an opportunity to make a visible and lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the helm of enterprise technology delivery - orchestrating people, processes, and strategy to bring major cross‑functional programmes to life.
In this role, you will:
-
Lead high-impact, multi-squad delivery programmes that shape the future of corporate platforms across finance, risk, HR, legal, and more.
-
Champion Agile delivery while applying governance, controls, and financial discipline appropriate for large, regulated environments.
-
Translate business strategies into actionable delivery plans, ensuring measurable value, clear outcomes, and aligned investment decisions.
-
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, shaping product roadmaps and ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and results.
-
Mentor delivery leads and coaches across teams, elevating Agile maturity and embedding best practices at scale.
-
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, optimising Scrum, Kanban, and cross-team collaboration for enterprise-wide efficiency.
-
Manage delivery governance - budgets, stage gates, service transition, steering packs - while keeping teams empowered and adaptable.
-
Identify, assess, and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers across squads, ensuring programmes remain on track.
-
Prepare and shape business cases that clearly articulate scope, benefits, costs, risks, and timelines, grounded in Agile delivery models.
Need to Have - Your Essentials
-
Deep expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with a strong track record leading complex, enterprise-level delivery
-
Strong understanding of Waterfall and hybrid delivery, able to integrate them seamlessly into Agile-first environments
-
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to influence and align senior business and technology stakeholders
-
Proven experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery complexity across multiple large-scale teams
-
Extensive hands-on experience steering cross-functional programmes and navigating enterprise-level technology landscapes
-
Demonstrated success in scaling Agile practices at departmental or organisational levels
-
Strong experience balancing Agile flexibility with governance, controls, and financial oversight
-
Ability to translate ambiguity into structured plans, clear outcomes, and measurable value
-
Experience managing large delivery budgets and reporting into senior leadership forums
-
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in Agile delivery, project management, or business leadership
-
Advanced Agile certifications such as SAFe SPC, A‑CSM, or equivalent
Nice to Have
-
Experience driving transformation across corporate functions (finance, HR, risk, legal)
-
Background in regulated or compliance-heavy organisations
-
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and large-scale technology ecosystems
-
Familiarity with OKRs and value-based delivery models
-
Experience coaching teams through Agile-to-hybrid transitions
Why You’ll Love This Role
Because this is where strategy meets delivery -
You’ll be the force that turns organisational ambition into real, measurable outcomes.
You’ll shape how teams collaborate, how technology is delivered, and how core corporate platforms evolve. You’ll influence investment decisions, streamline delivery at scale, and solve the complex challenges that come with enterprise transformation.
If you want visibility, influence, and the opportunity to elevate delivery excellence across an organisation, this is the role where your leadership will genuinely move the needle.
