Key Responsibilities

 

 

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment and employer branding activities, including:

 

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing (using LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives and event organisation
  • Helping with creation and optimisation of job adverts
  • Reviewing competitor job adverts to help us improve our own
  • Conducting research and providing insights into the Sofia IT market

 

Basic Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

 

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with stakeholders
  • Tech‑savvy, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools
  • Interest in Human Resource field  - with focus on Talent Acquisition
  • Interest in technology and curiosity about its business applications
  • Ability to work effectively and flexibly in a professional environment
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work with and through others in a matrix structure
  • Active listening skills and strong interpersonal communication abilities in English

 

Preferable Requirement

 

  • A degree in organisational sciences, Human Resources, or a related field
