As an IDAM specialist with a strong focus on privileged access management (PAM), you'll be the go-to expert shaping secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft Defender for Identity, SailPoint/Saviynt, BeyondTrust, and CyberArk. From managing PAM lifecycles to integrating cutting-edge practices like zero trust and passwordless authentication, your impact will be felt across every layer of the tech stack.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
• Facilitates the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services to provide a strong IDAM program that balances access with confidentiality and business requirements
• Identifies the broader impact of current decisions related to user access, data access and IT security
• Acts as subject-matter-expert on all IDAM disciplines including identity governance and administration, (IGA), Access Management, (SSO, MFA), and identity verification, (ID Proofing, etc.)
• Manage the lifecycle management of all IDAM technologies and its associated infrastructure
• Support & maintenance of IDAM related technologies with knowledge and understanding of the following platforms - Microsoft Defender for Identity, Sailpoint/Savyint Identity Governance, BeyondTrust, CyberArc
• Acts as subject-matter-expert on all IDAM disciplines but mostly focussed on privileged access management
• Provide support for the IDAM specialism.

 

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
• Proficiency in managing a Privileged Access Management “PAM” solution, ideally BeyondTrust Password Vault, including product configuration, maintenance, documentation and integration into Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Service Now.
• Familiarity with integrating PAM solutions into IdAM Identity Governance & Administration solutions (SailPoint).
• Experience of integrating and embedding new services, both on-premise and SaaS, into the PAM service.
• Practical experience of contribute towards a strategic roadmap for PAM embracing new designs such as Password less Authentication, Zero Based Trust & Least Based Privilege.
• Familiarity with the creation of KPIs, compliance standards and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with the Identity & Access Management concepts, framework & processes.
