We’re hiring an Analyst ServiceNow Quality Engineer to help build and test automated solutions across our enterprise platform. In this role, you’ll develop Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases, support platform enhancements, and work closely with senior engineers throughout the development lifecycle. You’ll gain hands-on experience with scripting, workflow testing, and quality assurance across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom applications.

What you will do:
- Support the creation and maintenance of ATF test cases across key modules.
- Assist with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) to support testing and basic development tasks.
- Help test new functionality and hotfixes to ensure full coverage and platform stability.
- Contribute to enhancements such as workflows, business rules, UI policies, and catalogue items.
- Support release validations and platform upgrades with automated and manual testing.
- Build standard dashboards and reports using Performance Analytics.
- Assist with ITSM and ITOM configuration tasks, including forms, workflows, and simple scripts.
- Help maintain CMDB accuracy and support Discovery scans.
- Provide first-line support and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Update documentation including user guides, workflows, and platform notes.
- Follow platform governance and configuration standards.
- Support SPM modules (PPM, APM) under guidance from senior developers.
- Validate upgrades using predefined test suites and assist with bug fixing.
- Help gather requirements and document use cases.
- Assist with other ServiceNow modules as needed.
What you will bring:
- Degree or equivalent experience.
- Exposure to ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
- Basic understanding of ITOM concepts like Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience supporting day‑to‑day platform activities or workflow testing.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Ability to follow technical guidelines and work with senior engineers.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting tools and basic dashboard creation.
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, UI policies, business rules).
- Strong communication skills and readiness to support users.
- Preferred: ServiceNow CSA, ITIL Foundation.
