Step into the world of applied AI as an Analyst AI/ML Engineer, where you’ll help build real AI applications like chatbots, RAG systems, and conversational tools using Azure AI Services, Prompt Flow, and vector search. Working alongside senior engineers, you’ll support data prep, model testing, coding tasks, and deployment pipelines while gaining exposure to MLOps, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.

You’ll write clean Python code, learn cloud‑native AI development, and contribute to the delivery of next‑gen intelligent solutions. With strong mentorship and cross‑team collaboration, this role is the perfect launchpad into scalable, secure, and ethical AI engineering.

 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Help build AI applications using Azure AI Services, Prompt Flow, and Azure AI Search.
  • Write clean, testable Python code and take part in code reviews.
  • Support automated testing, observability, and CI/CD pipeline workflows.
  • Assist with model validation, tuning, and applying fairness/explainability principles.
  • Contribute to user story refinement, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
  • Support delivery of small AI features in collaboration with MLOps and Product teams.
  • Participate in technical spikes and research tasks under senior guidance.
  • Assist with deploying training and inference pipelines in Azure ML and Prompt Flow.
  • Promote engineering best practices and responsible AI behaviours.

 

 

What you will bring:

 

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
  • Around 2 years of Python experience (academic or professional).
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and data processing.
  • Familiar with software development practices, including unit/integration tests.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Exposure to Git, GitHub, Jira, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn modern AI engineering.
  • Awareness of responsible AI principles (fairness, transparency, explainability).
  • Experience with Docker, RESTful APIs, or microservices is a plus.
  • Exposure to Azure ML, Prompt Flow, embeddings, vector search, or similar tools is desirable.
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation, including API specs.
