In this role, you will assist in the environmental and social due diligence (ESDD), monitoring, and reporting of projects involving bank and non-bank financial intermediaries, ensuring they meet EBRD's Environmental and Social Policy (ESP) requirements. You will also support projects in other sectors, such as energy and infrastructure, contributing to the Bank’s broader sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and events and interact with stakeholders both within the Bank and externally.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes, including data collection and automation.
  • Adhere to the Bank’s Behavioural Competencies and Corporate Behaviours.

  • Interest in financial intermediaries, and sector-specific sustainability policies.
  • Understanding of the broader scientific, economic, and political dimensions of environmental and social issues.
  • Effective time management, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages of EBRD countries of operation are advantageous.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment and building effective working relationships.
