The Office of the General Counsel (OGC) is at the centre of the EBRD’s challenging mandate. The team supports legal aspects of the transition process of many countries in central and eastern Europe, the southern and eastern Mediterranean and Central Asia.

As part of the OGC team you would provide legal advice for all aspects of our work, including lending and investment, treasury and finance, institutional, co-financing and administrative matters. You would implement a variety of instruments to address issues such as climate change, nuclear safety and transport infrastructure, whilst working in a team pioneering legal reform and supporting institution-building.
