We have a number of functions across the business who are essential in supporting our operations. Amongst others these include:

• The Communications Department are responsible for creating awareness, raising visibility and generating support for the EBRD’s activities across our region and beyond. The Department oversees media relations, publications, donor visibility, web and social media, as well as Business Information Services.

• The Human Resources Department covers all aspects of EBRD staffing, from recruitment to learning and development and talent management.

• The Information Technology Department partners with all areas of the Bank to provide innovative solutions and the most effective technology to support EBRD operations.
